Steven Duane Earhart, 40, Minot died on Friday, May 1, 2015 in his home.

Steven was born on May 7, 1974 in Minot to Richard and Dianne (Syverson) Earhart. He was reared on a little farm that he loved near Foxholm. He attended school in Carpio prior to graduating from Minot High School in 1991.

Steven was a "jack of all trades" and was employed in many different ways. He made friends easily and always kept them entertained with his dry sense of humor that kept everyone laughing. He especially enjoyed spending time with his three "brothers" Dean, Mike and James. Unfortunately, he also had a very troubled side. Most recently, Steven had been employed at Home Depot.

Steven's loving family includes his mother: Dianne of Minot; sisters: Tammy (Todd) Pope of Bismarck and Stephanie (Don) Hiemstra of Roanoke, VA; son: Alexander; nephews: Daniel, Nathan and Tristan and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Steven was preceded in death by his father: Dick Earhart, maternal grandparents: Thor and Karen Syverson and paternal grandparents: Ernest and Doris Tong.

Funeral Service: Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. in Vincent United Methodist Church - Minot.
Interment will be in Rosehill Cemetery - rural Ross, ND.
Visitation: Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home - Minot.
Memorials are preferred to an education fund for Steven's son Alexander C/O of Dianne Earhart.
