Vernon Neal Kroh, 31, Minot died on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident near Surrey.

Vernon was born on September 26, 1985 in Phoenix, AZ to James and Lori (Thor) Kroh. He lived in Phoenix and Westminster, CO prior to moving to Minot in 1990. He attended school in Minot.

Vernon married Autumn Gillam on November 11, 2006 at First Lutheran Church in Minot. Most recently, he had been employed at Northwest Building Improvement for the past three years.

Vernon especially enjoyed the races at the Nodak Speedway and watching Vikings football games. He was a Mr. Fix-it and a very good car mechanic.

Vernon is survived by his wife: Autumn; children: Christian (12), Faith (10), Draven (8) and Braylee (2); mother: Lori Thor; mother-in-law: Gabrielle Ballard; grandmother: Florence Thor; grandparents-in-law: Ken and Patricia Schwartz; aunts and uncles: Sandi (David) Silverman, Randy Thor, Curt (Judy) Kroh; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Ashley (Travis) Mertz, Shane Gillam, Macy (Ryan) Bullistron, Hayden Gillam, and Skyler Ballard, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Vernon was preceded in death by his father: James Kroh; grandfathers: Marlin Thor and Vernon Kroh; grandmother: Loretta Cantelon; and father-in-law: John Gillam.

Funeral Service: Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in First Lutheran Church - Minot.
Visitation: Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home - Minot.
Memorials are preferred to Autumn and their four beautiful children.
