TJ Lee, 21, Minot, died Tuesday, September 24, 2013 in Minot.

TJ was born December 16, 1991, to Brad and Janie (Gumeringer) Lee. He was raised in Minot and educated at Minot High School, graduating with the class of 2010.

Following high school, he was employed in the auto sales workforce in Minot. TJ carried many interests throughout his lifetime like skateboarding and hanging out with friends but at the center of his life was music. He shared this bond with his father and together they converted the family garage into a band room. Many instruments were shared cementing this bond shared by the entire family. They also fished and hunted while spending time at their cabin on Lake Sakakawea.

TJ was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. He will be deeply missed by all who shared in his life.

Surviving family includes a son, Corybn Lee, Minot; parents, Brad and Janie Lee, Park Rapids, MN; sister, Michelle Lee, Minot; grandparents, Mary Ellen Gumeringer, Fargo, ND and Jacquelyn (Bradford) Leavitt, Surprise, AZ; aunts, Suzanne Miller, Casselton, ND, Elizabeth Kruse, Henderson, NV, Lorrie (Jerry) Thoemke, Fargo, ND and Connie (Todd) Koenig, Roseau, MN; uncles, Bruce (Kandi) Lee, Park City, UT, Gary Gumeringer and Guy Gumeringer, both of Esmond, ND and Paul (Jessica) Gumeringer, Roseau, MN

TJ was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Edward Gumeringer and Lawrence Lee

Mass of Christian Burial: 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Minot.
Booksigning: Monday, September 30, 2013 from 2:0 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
