Terrance 'Terry' Trett, 65, Minot formerly of Fargo, died Friday, May 3, 2019 in a Minot nursing home.

Terry was born January 1, 1954 in Bismarck, ND to Harold and Jane (Lang) Trett. He was educated in Fargo and was a graduate of West Fargo High School in 1972.

Terry was employed primarily as a painter in Fargo and the surrounding area throughout his working years but also held other positions that required construction skills.

Terry enjoyed the outdoors, where he often hunted and fished during his active years. He was a member of the Eagles in Fargo.

Terry's surviving family includes his children Biannca, Dustin and Darren, all of Fargo, ND, father, Harold Trett, Minot, brothers Marty (Sherry) Trett, Minot and Blair (Danette) Trett, Chandler, AZ, aunts, Maida (Jerry) Gilbraith, Fargo, ND and Joan Lang, Bismarck, ND along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Terry was preceded in death by his mother, Jane and brother Michael Trett.

A private service will be held at the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
