Tamara Sexey , 43, Minot, died Saturday, July 19, 2008, at her home.

Tammy was born on January 5, 1965, in Georgetown, Ohio, the daughter of Kelvin and Mary (Fox) Sexey. She was raised and educated in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada, and graduated from high school there in 1983. After graduation she moved to Minot.

Tammy enjoyed drawing, animals, music, dancing, and flowers, but most of all spending time with her family.

Surviving family includes: Leo Burgard, and their children: Eric, Allen, and Aaron Burgard; Daughter: Leah Burgard; Mother: Mary (Hal) Slauter, Jefferson City, MO; Brother: James Sexey, Las Vegas, NV; Sister: Christina Sexey, Jefferson City, MO; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Tammy was preceded in death by her father: Kelvin and brother, Kenneth.

Funeral: Friday, July 25, 2008, at 1:00 p.m., in Bethel Free Lutheran Church, Minot
Visitation: Thursday, July 24, 2008, from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., in the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot
In lieu of plants and flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
