Steven Graven, 22, Minot, died Saturday, September 24, 2016 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in Parshall.

Steven Wesley Graven was born on February 18, 1994 in Williston, ND, the son of Angie (Graven) Anderson. He was raised and educated in Minot, graduating from Minot High School in 2012.

Most recently Steven was living in Minot and was employed various places, working as a laborer. His passion was detailing and working on cars, especially Hondas. You could often find him listening to music and watching his favorite basketball team, the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Those cherishing his memory are his parents: Angie (Vince) Anderson, Minot; siblings: Tyrell Anderson, Mesa, AZ, Tia Anderson, Minot and Michael Huravitch, Bismarck; grandparents: Anita Graven-Rambel and Charlie Rambel, both of Williston and Leonard (Martha) Anderson, Minot; aunts and uncles: Kevin (Jessica) Graven, Williston, Lenny (Robbie) Anderson, Minot, Stephanie (Toby) Differding, Horace, ND, Chris (Curt) Kinzler, Jamestown, Sharon Anderson, Minot, Kevin (Leslie) Williams, Ledyard, CT and Brian Anderson of Minot; great-aunt, Joan Backes, Menoken ND and great-uncle, Tim Graven, Santa Ana CA; cousins: Corbin Graven, Amara Graven, Aukeyla Cotton, Devin Anderson and Brooklyn Anderson.

Steven was preceded in death by his grandfather, Stephen Graven.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
Memorials are preferred.
