Rosemary Schell, 79, Minot, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother went to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 21st, 2021.

Rosemary Hager was born on November 22, 1941 and raised in Balta, ND. She graduated from Balta High School in 1959. On September 22, 1959, Rosemary married her dearest Matt and together they raised seven children.

Rosemary loved her family above all else. She always took the time to listen and was there for us in time of need. Her home was a gathering place for all family functions complimented by her amazing home cooked meals and baked goods. Many card games were played with family, friends, and especially her grandchildren. Rosemary loved to serve people and worked many years in the hospitality industry. You may have had the fortune of seeing her smiling face at the Holiday Inn or Greenhouse Cafe.

Rosemary was devoted to the Catholic Faith. As a lifelong member of St. Leo's Catholic Church, she dedicated her time to serve others. Rosemary was a member of the Catholic Daughters of Americas, St. Joseph's Auxiliary, and Confraternity of Christian Mothers.

She was everything to us. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts. A special thank you to all the staff who took such good care of her every week at Trinity Hospital Kidney Dialysis Unit.

Rosemary's loving family includes her husband of 61 years: Matt Children: Melinda (Stan) Weigel AZ, Devin Schell AZ, David (Dawn) Schell CO, Karla (Les) Sem AZ, Laura (R. Patrick) Morelli, Minot, Daniel (Bethany) Schell MI, Dale (Kristen) Schell AZ; 15 grandchildren, Samantha (Tom) Gifford, Derek (Shannon), Kyle Schell, Jessica and Kaylie Schell, Steven (fiancée Heather) Sem, Adam, Anthony and Aiden Morelli, Abigail, Ella, Lily and Leighton Schell, Sophia and Beau Schell and 2 great-grandchildren, Otillia and Bryce; brother Larry (Karen) Hager of Montana; sister Ramona Schaan of California; sister-in-law Sylvia Hager, Harvey, ND along with several nieces and nephews.
