Randy Richardson, 55, Minot passed away peacefully on Friday, December 9, 2016 at a Minot hospital, with his family by his side.

Randy was born on December 16, 1960 in Minot to Vern and Marlys (McCullough) Richardson.

He was reared and educated in Minot, baptized and confirmed at Christ Lutheran Church and attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary College in Minnesota. He worked at various restaurants and owned the Richardson Inn in Kenmare, where he had a lot of great customers and friends. He had a love for cooking until his health took that away. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards and attending sprint car races with his dad and brother. His favorite racer was Donny Schatz!!

Randy carried a deep love for his granddaughter Hailey. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Randy is survived by his daughter, Onida Boehret of Bismarck, ND; granddaughter, Hailey Boehret of Mandan, ND; sisters, Candace Richardson, Minot, Debra (Dean) Schmeets, Harvey and Penny (Keith) Theusch, Minot; nieces and nephews, Kellie (Scott) Snyder, Lacy, WA, Sara Schmeets, Fargo, Amber (Jacob) Rust, Gillette, WY, Brittanie (Nolan) Hamer, Ellendale, Elizabeth Schmeets, West Fargo, Joshua Schmeets, Maddock, and Chelsey, Breanna and David Theusch all of Minot; great nieces and great nephews, Jacob, Emma, Noah, Kaden, Camden, Brekken, Copper, Aspyn, Rowan, Teagyn, Quynn and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Scott.

Memorial Service : Friday, January 20, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in Our Savior Lutheran Church - Minot.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the church.

Memorials are preferred.
