Penny Ann Henderson was born in Orlando, Florida on April 23rd, 1953 to Everett and Toni Henderson. She completed her final wish to vote on Nov. 4th for Barack Obama, and passed away shortly after on the Nov. 6th from cancer. Penny surrounded herself with many different arts and crafts and excelled at every one, winning many awards in competitions. She had a gift for excelling at these traits whether it is cross-stitching, singing, ceramics or playing the piano, she was good at it. She enjoyed gardening, camping, and knew how to get down on the dance floor. Her most peaceful times were at powwows and her passion for the Native American culture showed through her extensive beading work she completed throughout the years.

The family would like to give a heartfelt thanks to Wanda, for being such a dear and caring friend to Mom and now to us children. We hope that Mom only finds peace and comfort with her lord and savior.

Penny is survived by 4 siblings, her 5 children, Michael, Johnny, Andra, Anjuli, Evelyn, and 3 grandchildren, Adriana, Thomas and one due in Jan.

Funeral: Per Penny's request, there will be a private service held at a later date.
