Patrick Mako, age 20, of Apple Valley, MN, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2015.

Patrick lived in Apple Valley his whole life prior to joining the Air Force. He attended Highland Elementary School, Falcon Ridge Middle School and Eastview High School. He played football and wrestled, sang in choir, acted in a play and entertained his friends on a daily basis. Patrick was an Eagle Scout in Troop 292. Patrick attended Community of Hope church in Rosemount where he participated in two mission trips, joined the prayer team, and enjoyed going out and doing street ministry in Minneapolis. Patrick joined the Air Force after high school and served in Minot, North Dakota, 91st Missile Wing. Patrick enjoyed hiking, hunting, rock hounding, camping, serving God, playing games, video games, hanging out with friends and most of all talking to almost anyone. Patrick loved people and brought joy into the lives of so many. Patrick brought a light into the world that we will not forget.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, JoAnn Mako. Survived by parents, Joseph and Laurie; brother, Nicholas; grandmother, Nancy (Tom) Olson; grandfathers, Everett (Kathy) Keller and Edward Mako. He was taken from us too soon and we will never forget him. We ask for a special blessing for Patrick's aunts, uncles (cousins and cousins spouses): Rebecca and Christopher Belisle (Justin); Melissa and Justin Bauser; Paul and Jan Mako (Jasmin, Jose and Jade); Vince and Diane Mako (Kate, Jared and Will), Rain and David Blaisus (Linden, Arlo and Miles), Greg and Lisa Mako (Paul and Joe); Ann and Ray Morishita (Kyle), Andy and Pili (Sandra and Rebecca); Tom Mako. Patrick's Godparents Mark and Lisa Tousignant and special people Cole and Alexis. As well as, Patrick's wonderful friends who loved him very much.

Funeral Services will be held Monday November 9, 2015. 11am, at Community of Hope Church, 14401 Biscayne Ave. W., Rosemount, MN with a visitation Sunday November 8, 2015 4-8pm at White Funeral Home, 14560 Pennock Ave., Apple Valley, MN and one hour prior to service at church.
