Patricia O'Grady, 62, Minot, formerly of Baker, Montana, died Sunday, March 3, 2019 at a Minot hospital.

Patricia was born January 7, 1957 at Miles City, MT, the daughter of Thomas F. and Mary (Larpenteur) McGonigal. She was raised and educated in Baker, MT and graduated from Baker High School in 1975.

Patricia entered the US Army soon after high school and was stationed at Ft. Jackson in Columbia, SC. She served for 4 years and was raised to the rank of SP4. Patricia returned to Miles City, MT where she attended the Miles City Community College for a time. She worked as a cook at the Lil'Darlin' Diner in Miles City and later became a CNA. She worked as a CNA at the Valley View Nursing Home in Glasgow, MT from 1992 until 2008.  She continued her CNA vocation at Somerset Court in Minot since 2008.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Brigette O'Grady, of Minot, ND, three sisters; Kathleen (Dr. John) Littell, of Ocala, FL, Kerry (Robert) Cavanaugh, Litchfield, MI, Mary (Bob) Chamberlin, Columbus, MT, and Dr. Michael (Sandra George) McGonigal, Jonesville, MI, and many nieces and nephews.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Thomas Patrick McGonigal, and a niece, Meghan Chamberlin.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2 PM Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Minot.

Public Visitation will be held at 5:30 PM until 7:00 PM on Wednesday.

Vigil Prayer service will be held at 7:00 PM Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Thomas Family Funeral Home.

Interment: Rosehill Memorial Park Cemetery, Minot.
