Nova Lee Case, 70, Minot, died Thursday, May 14, 2009 in a Minot nursing home.
Nova was born on January 16, 1939 in Great Falls, Montana, to Edward and Lenora "Nora" (Perry) Templeton. She was reared and educated in Great Falls and graduated from Great Falls High School in 1956. She continued her education at the University of Washington in Seattle. Nova married William Case on January 26, 1957 in Great Falls, MT. William was a member of the US Air Force and they lived at various air force bases in the United States and England. He was assigned to the 421st Field Training Detachment at Minot Air Force Base on December 4, 1969. Following his retirement from the Air Force in June of 1975 they built a home in Minot where they since have lived. Nova and William owned and operated Home Improvements and Maintenance where she served as the bookkeeper/office manager from 1977 until the business was sold in 1999.
Nova faith was Episcopalian. Her hobbies included reading, cooking and fishing.
Nova's loving family includes her husband William Case, Minot; son, William Richard Case, Crystal Lake, Illinois, brother Edward Ellsworth Templeton of Los Angeles, CA.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral Service
: Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints - Minot. (2029 9th St. N.W.).
Interment
: Rosehill Memorial Park.
Visitation
: Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Thomas Family Funeral home - Minot.
Memorials
are preferred to Alzheimer's research.
