Mildred Agnes Johnson (Stone) formerly of 2311-75 th S. NW, Minot died Nov 6, 2020    at Trinity Nursing Home in Minot.   Mildred was born and raised in Morganfield, KY.  She graduated from Morganfield High School in 1953. She met the love of her life, Wayne E Johnson in Morganfield, KY while he was serving in the US Army there.  They married December 20,1956. After their marriage they moved to Fargo, ND and later to Minot, ND where they lived for many years.

Mildred was a charter member of Peace Lutheran Church in Burlington. Mildred held several jobs during her lifetime all involving cooking which was one of her passions. She retired from the kitchens at Trinity Hospital in 1997.

Mildred raised four great children, but was especially proud of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She is survived by her children Nealie Johnson and her husband Scott of Minot, Cheryl Lavallee and her husband Dave of Westford, VT, Stephen Johnson and his wife Wanda of Helena, MT, Tim Johnson and his wife Paula of Burlington, ND.   Grandchildren, Amie Teague, Stephanie Bloms, Corey Johnson, Nathan and Zebadiah Lavallee, Sara Leblanc, Eric and Gavin Johnson, Kelsey, Kendra and Kiara Johnson, Iver Christensen.  Great Grandchildren Quinton Banus, Tattiana Leblanc, Hailey Freeman and Aspen Lavallee, Sawyer and Jasper Bloms, Parker Teague, Hadley Johnson, Kylee Johnson, Zoe and Jaxson Schumann and Avery Johnson

She is survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren; her two sisters, Wanda Hasty and Genevieve "Jenny" Sisco, many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne E. Johnson, her parents; Frank and Maxie (Turner) Stone, four brothers; Herbert "Rocky" Stone, Eugene "Jim" Stone, Frank "June" Stone, and Russell Stone, two sisters, Louise Fletcher and Della "Liz" Buchanan

Services will be for family and close friends on November 13, 2020 at 2 pm at the Peace Lutheran Church in Burlington.  Burial will be at Peace Lutheran Cemetery in Burlington, ND.
