Michael R. "Mike" Mobley, 74, Minot, died Thursday, August 18, 2016 in a Rochester, MN Hospital.

Mike was born April 16, 1942 in Greensburg, Indiana, the son of Ellsworth and Mary (Scripture) Mobley. He was raised in Greensburg and graduated from Greensburg High School in 1960. He entered into active duty service with the U.S. Air Force and honorably served his country while stationed at the Minot Air Force Base from 1960 - 1962. He attended Minot State College for two years and was united in marriage to Juanita Hannesson on April 27, 1963.

They made their home in Minot throughout the years, where along with raising their three children, Mike was employed with Pitney Bowes as a sales representative for a number of years. He retired in 2000, after receiving several regional and national awards from the company. After retiring, Mike enjoyed working with his family in their small business.

Mike was a member of the Dakota Territory Air Museum and Knights of Columbus. He was a former member of the Minot Country Club, Elks, Eagles and American Legion. After retirement, he and Juanita enjoyed traveling and spent several winters in Arizona. Mike was an avid golfer, enjoyed flying with friends and traveling throughout the country.

His loving family includes , wife of 53 years, Juanita Mobley, Minot; children, Christopher (Marcie) Mobley, Minot, Patrick (Nicole) Mobley, Malta, MT, Jennifer Mobley, Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Julian Bell, Hailey Mobley, Isaac Mobley and Kieryn Mobley; brother, Dan Mobley, Bradenton, FL; sister, Mary Ann (Gerald) Barnett, Greensburg, IN; mother, Mary Theobald, Greensburg, IN; sister-in-law, Christine Mobley, Bradenton, FL.

Mike was preceded in death by his father and brother, Tom Mobley.

Mass of Christian Burial: Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Little Flower Catholic Church, Minot.

Interment: Rosehill Memorial Park , Minot.

Rosary Recitation and Scripture Service: Wednesday, August 24th at 7:00 p.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.

Visitation: Wednesday from 3:00-6:00 p.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.

Memorials are preferred to Bishop Ryan Catholic School, Minot.
