Melisa Ann Drogt , 47, Minot and formerly of Fort Collins CO and Canoga Park CA died on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 in her home, surrounded by her family, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Melisa was born on February 24, 1970 in Santa Monica, CA to Rene and Daycel (Kane) Del Re. She was reared and educated in southern California.

Melisa married Ernest Drogt on February 2, 1990 in Las Vegas. They made their home in Fort Collins CO and Canoga Park CA prior to Moving to Minot in 2010. She valued the time and counsel of her AA group. She especially enjoyed music and camping and was an excellent caregiver.

Melisa's loving family includes her husband of twenty-six years Ernest; children: Brendon, Kirstyn and Chase; sisters: Denean (Tim) Farrell and Suzanne (Mike) Vito and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rene and Daycel Del Re and brother: Brian Del Re.

Mass of Christian Burial: Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in St. Leo's Catholic Church - Minot.
Interment will be with her mother at Grandview Cemetery in Fort Collins CO.
Visitation will be one prior to the service at the church.
