Maya Dillas passed away on Saturday, August 14, after a 29 month-long battle with cancer. She fought hard and with all her might. She died at the young age of 46, but she managed to accomplish so much. She had a rich life of being a good physician and helping her patients, traveling, enjoying our many friends, and watching her two girls grow.

Maya has been the love of my life since high school when we met, and she will always be. She left behind her, husband, Vlad, daughters, Ivana and Tina, and her loving mother Jasna, but she will always be our guiding star, just the way she always was.

Mass of Christian Burial : Thursday, August 19, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in St. Leo's Catholic Church, Minot, ND.
Visitation: There will be no reviewal, however friends and family may sign a register book today, Wednesday. August 18, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Thomas Family Funeral Home,Minot.
Memorials are preferred to Maya's favorite charity, GOD'S CHILD Project.
