Mary Josephine Zimmerman, 88, Minot and formerly of Foxholm died on Monday, April 14, 2008 in a Minot nursing home.

Mary was born on October 29, 1919 in Foxholm, ND to Nicolas and Ida Johannes. She was raised and educated in Foxholm and attended a Minot business college for a short time. She was once married to Vernon Zimmerman and they made their home in Minot where she was employed at the International Harvester District Office and later in the office of Krebsbach's Inc. She had been a resident of Edgewood Vista prior to moving to Trinity Homes in November of 2004.

Mary especially enjoyed reading and sewing.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and four sisters.

Funeral Service: Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot;
Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens - Minot;
Visitation: Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
