Marslynn Augustine, 33, Minot and formerly of Pohnpei, Micronesia, died December 17, 2024 in a Minot hospital.

Marslynn Augustine was born December 8, 1991 on the Pacific Island of Guam to Maria Augustine and Marselino Gilmete. She was raised and educated on the beautiful island of Pohnpei.

Marslynn was once united in marriage with Wallerino Patricio. They made their home in Birmingham, Utah until their separation.

Marslynn was then engaged to Frilling Hadley and moved to Minot in November 2023. She was first employed at Walmart and held a few other positions in different places.

Marslynn was a member of both Pohnpei Track & Field Club and Pohnpei Aikkido Club. She enjoyed socializing with families and friends. She was a loving sister and a mother of six beautiful children.

Marslynn is survived by her children Aisa, Isla-mae, Conryo, Renomars, Lino (Gilmete), and King Atticus; her parents Maria and Marselino; sisters Marcia Mar Augustine and Marslynn Gilmete; brothers Mars Junior Gilmete and Marson Gilmete; paternal uncles Misaile, Martin, Maxen, Oalin, Molens, Marcus and Jonster; paternal aunts Marleen, Mollyna, Marleen & Marlyna; maternal uncle Tom and maternal aunts Ermy, Grace, Arleen.

Memorial Gathering:  Wednesday, January 15, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
Interment: Family Cemetery Plot in Kolonia, Pohnpei Island, Micronesia
