Marjorie M. Kruckenberg, 73, Minot, died Saturday, September 27, 2014, in a Minot nursing home.

Marjorie was born August 27, 1941 in Cheyenne, WY, the daughter of Arnold and Sarah (Gillett) Mason. She grew up and was educated in Cheyenne, WY, graduating high school in 1959. In 1959, she moved to North Dakota seeking employment opportunities.

Marjorie was united in marriage to Clayton Kruckenberg on May 26, 1961 in Tuttle, ND. They resided in various places in ND and Nebraska over the years, prior to moving to Minot in 1970.

Marjorie was a registered bookkeeper for many years but was forced to retire due to a disability.

Marjorie is a member of Saron Lutheran Church, Minot. She enjoyed card making and was often found reading. She will be missed by all who shared in her life.

Marjorie's loving family includes, her husband of 53 years, Clayton, Minot; children, Daniel (Alice) Kruckenberg, Minot, ND, Veronica (Charles) Lewis, Stanley, ND and Jessin Kruckenberg, Colorado Springs, CO; daughter-in-law, Chris Kruckenberg, Fallon, NV; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; siblings, Judy Mason, Idaho, Norma (Glenn) Gallitin, Berthold, ND, Bill Dloughy, Idaho, Dennis Dloughy, CO and Allen Dloughy, Denver, CO; sister-in-law, Pat Mason, FL along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, son, Clifford and two brothers.

At Marjorie's request, no services will be held.
Memorials are preferred to the Minot Public Schools Lyciem Program.
