Marjorie Jordahl died Sunday, July 22 at Ridgeview Place in Sauk Rapids, MN. Born in Minot, ND, on September 29, 1923, she lived in Rochester, MN and in Ann Arbor, MI before moving to Syracuse, NY in 1947. She remained in Syracuse until moving to Sauk Rapids, MN in 2010. She was a graduate of Rochester Junior College in Rochester, MN and of SUNY Empire State College in Syracuse, NY. She retired in 1983 after 36 years in various administrative positions in the Department of Medicine of Upstate Medical University (formerly Syracuse University College of Medicine and SUNY Health Science Center) in Syracuse. After her retirement from Upstate Medical University, she worked with the End Stage Renal Disease Network and the Renal Disease Service Agency, also in Syracuse, for several years.

She is survived by her sister, Betty Osmundson (Martin) of Sartell, MN and her sister-in-law, Donna Jordahl of Milwaukee, WI, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and of Zonta Club, both of Syracuse, NY as well as several other organizations. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Dr. Gene Jordahl and Dr. C.W. Jordahl.

Memorial Services will be held at Love of Christ Lutheran Church at 1971 Pine Cone Rd, St. Cloud, MN at 11:00 AM on August 7. Friends may greet her family at 10:00AM prior to the Memorial Services. Lunch will be served immediately following the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Cloud Hospital Hospice or a charity of your choice. Burial will be in Minot, ND.
