Mabel Weippert, 92, Minot, formerly of the Robinson area died Friday, December 4, 2015 in a Minot nursing home.

Mabel was born October 29, 1923, in Arena, ND to William and Pauline (Binder) Kluth. She grew up and was educated in Tuttle, Robinson and Dawson, ND. As a young adult, she assisted her family on the farm.

Mabel was united in marriage to Reinhold on June 28, 1948, in Robinson, ND. They farmed in the Robinson area until moving to Minot in 1956, where they would be blessed with three children. Mabel provided a loving home for her growing family over the years. She became a resident of Trinity Homes in 2003. Reinhold passed away October 18, 2005.

She was a member of the Salvation Army, providing many volunteer hours to the organization over the years. Mabel enjoyed fishing with her husband along with playing whist and pinochle with neighbors. She loved holidays with her family.

Mabel's loving family includes her children, Rynnie, Minot, Elaine (Larry) Youngerman, Reedsburg, WI and Joyce (John) Hutchins, Minot; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, sister, Delores Pfaff, Tappen; sister-in-law, Delores Kluth, Fargo, ND and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mabel was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brothers, Edward, Clifford, Richard and Ralph Kluth.

Funeral Service: 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 11, 2015 at the Tappen Memorial Hall, Tappen, ND.
Interment: Fisher Cemetery, Tappen, ND
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot and one hour prior to the service at the Memorial Hall in Tappen.
