Lori Kevin Aipperspach, 58, of Minot, died unexpectedly at his Minot residence, Saturday, August 3, 2019.
Lori was born in Hazen, ND on May 10, 1961 to Henry and Mildred (Burkhardt) Aipperspach. At an early age the family moved to Minot, ND, then to Ruthville, ND and later to Glenburn, ND before settling again in Minot, ND. Lori was primarily educated at Glenburn, ND for his former years and graduated from Minot High School in 1979. He continued his education at Dickinson State University and received a diploma in heavy equipment operation.
Lori returned to Minot where he raised two children Samantha and Christopher Freeman. Lori worked his way up to shop foreman at Bacon Signs, a career that span 15 years. He later worked for Terhorst Manufacturing of Minot.
Lori enjoyed the outdoors, was an avid deer and upland game hunter, and spent quality time with his family at Three Mile Corner on Lake Audubon camping and fishing. Gardening and barbecue cooking were also favorite pastimes.
Lori is survived by his two children: Samantha (James) Haight and their children; Olivia and Henry, of Minot, ND, Chris Freeman, of Mandan,ND, his mother; Mildred Aipperspach, of Minot, ND, sister, Leslie (Ron) Wiltse, of Texas, their children; Richard (Christine) Wiltse and Kayleen (Zach) Jones, brothers: Lynn (Jodi) Aipperspach, of Beulah, ND and their children; Katrina and Caleb, Lee (Marilyn) Aipperspach, of Washburn, ND.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Henry Aipperspach and one brother, Layne Aipperspach.
Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 12, 2019 at Bread of Life Lutheran Church, Minot.
Visitation: 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 11, 2019 at the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
