Lola Adeline Waller , 86, 305 8th Ave. NE - Minot, died Tuesday, August 15, 2006, in a Minot nursing home.

Lola was born on May 19, 1920, to Emil and Ida (Stalheim) Lee in rural Van Hook, ND. She was raised and educated in the Van Hook area. Lola married John M. Waller on May 23, 1938 in Van Hook, ND. They made their home in Minot. She worked as a cook in the Minot area for several years. John Waller died on November 11, 1962.

She enjoyed playing piano by ear, Sunday drives and animals.

Lola is survived by her sons, Jerome, John and Milton all of Minot, Ronald of Minneapolis, MN; daughters, Arlene Law of Bismarck, Lavonne (Wayne) Clark of Pine River, MN and Donna Erickson of Bismarck, six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; brother, Clayton Lee of Parshall, ND; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sons; Rodney and Galen and sisters; Vivian, Mavis, Idella; brothers, Hilton and Orville; grandson, Johnny Waller.

Funeral Service: Wednesday, August 23, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. in First Assembly of God, Minot.
Interment: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.
Visitation: Wednesday, one hour prior to the service at the church.
