Linda Lee Albright, 72, Minot and formerly of Steele died on Thursday, September 28, 2017 in a Minot nursing home.

Linda was born on August 24, 1945 at St. Alexius Hospital in Bismarck, ND to Dan and Martha (Kapp) Albright. She was reared and educated in Steele, graduated from Steele High School in 1963 and attended Minot State College.

As a young adult she began a career as a civil service employee for the federal government at the Grand Forks Air Force Base, a career that spanned 38 years. On November 20, 1965 her son Trev was born. He was her pride and joy and meant the world to her.

Linda met the second love of her life in October of 1990, George Thomason. They were married on May 16, 1991 at Reno, NV. Following their marriage they spent time doing whatever they wanted. They especially enjoyed traveling the country in their motor home with the Good Sam Club. They met lots of nice people and spent the last several years hosting the RV Hospitality Center at the Norsk Hostfest. They were especially proud to be Regional Directors of the Good Sam Club which meant they spent a large amount of time in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, South Dakota and Wisconsin; and to have visited eight of the nine continents. They did it "their way".

Linda's loving family includes her husband: George; son: Trev (Angie) Albright; grandchildren: Taran and Cambree all of Minot; stepson: Michael Thomason of Nashville, GA; step-grandsons: Michael, Blake and Rhett Thomason; brother: Luverne (Bernice) Albright of Bismarck; sister: Jody Haugen of Wichita, KS and nieces and nephews: Dustin, Darcy (Joe) and Alicia as well as several cousins and a very good friend of Linda and George: Dave Goossen.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law: Dennis Haugen.

Celebration of the Life of Linda Albright: Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. in Zion Lutheran Church - Minot.
Graveside Service: Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in Glueckstal Cemetery, rural Tappen.
Visitation: Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
