Leroy Moser, 75, Minot, formerly of the Kief area, died Friday, December 11, 2009 in his home.
Leroy was born February 13, 1934 at Kief, North Dakota, the son of Simon and Blondina (Suckert) Moser. He was raised and educated at Kief and Bowdon. He entered into active duty service with the U.S. Army in 1956, and served his country during the Korean Conflict overseas. He received his honorable discharge on December 10, 1957, and returned to Minot. Throughout the years, he was employed locally at North Dakota Concrete and Mackley Construction Company doing construction jobs around the Minot area.
Leroy was a member of the Minot American Legion Post #26 and enjoyed his hobbies of fishing and watching baseball, especially the Minnesota Twins and NY Yankees.
His family includes: children, Brenda of Valley City, Robin of Minot, Kathy of California, Jim of Minot, Angel of Fargo; several grandchildren; mother, Blondina of Minot, brother, Clayton Moser of Minot; sisters: Dianna (Dean) Somerville, Minot; Videll (Jack) Lloyd of Fessenden; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Leroy was preceded in death by his father and sister, Mary Ann Lockwood.
Interment
: North Dakota Veteran's Cemetery, Mandan.

Friends may sign a memorial register book on Thursday from noon - 5:00 p.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
