Kurt Allen Helseth, 63, Minot, passed away in his home on Saturday, November 2, 2019.

Kurt was born on August 25, 1956 in Powers Lake, ND to Wallen and Dorothy (Hagen) Helseth of Columbus, ND. He graduated from Columbus High School and went on to earn degrees from the North Dakota State School of Science.

Kurt was employed by 3M, Rubbermaid in Phoenix, AZ, Northern Bottling and most recently O'Day Equipment in Minot as a service technician.

Kurt enjoyed fishing with his brothers, shooting pool and gardening. Most of all, Kurt loved playing cards and teaching his grandchildren the games he played when he was young.

Kurt is survived by his mother, Dorothy, Minot; wife, Lori Witt Helseth, Minot; son, Todd Helseth, Phoenix, AZ; 6 grandchildren; sister, Patti (Keith) Denzler, Sheridan, WY; brothers, Bob (Laures) Helseth, Tioga, ND; Barry (Candy) Helseth, Minot and Roger (Roberta) Helseth, Powers Lake, ND along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Kurt was preceded in death by his father and nephew, Eric Helseth.

A Family service will be held in the Spring 2020.
