Kenneth "Kenny" Metcalf , 43 of Alexander, ND died tragically in a semi accident near Sidney, MT on July 24, 2008.

Kenneth Dean Metcalf was born on January, 18, 1965 at Fargo, ND the son of James and Donna Mae (Sandland) Metcalf.

He grew up and was educated in Glyndon, MN. Kenneth graduated from Glyndon High School in 1984.

He was once married to Lori Saari. From that marriage they had one child, Carlee Jo.

Kenny loved to clean cars. His passion was driving truck and spending time with his daughter. He enjoyed "tinkering" with any project he could find. He loved his family with all his heart. He will be greatly missed and shall be forever loved.

Kenneth is survived by his daughter, Carlee Jo of Minot, ND; Sons, Jareth and Logan Krogan of Detroit Lakes, MN; father, James of Barnesville, MN; Brother, Robert and his wife Vonnie of Katy, TX; Sisters, Barbara Messerschmidt and her husband Brian of Glyndon, MN; Tracy Sunde and Brenda Metcalf both of Moorhead, MN; and also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and their families.

Kenneth was preceded in Death by his Mother Donna, grandparents Banker and Lois Metcalf and Otto and Lucy Sandland.

Funeral : Friday, August 1, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at the Thomas Family Funeral Home Chapel, Minot.
Interment : Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.
Visitation : Thursday, July 31, 2008, from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
