Kedrin Renee Helgesen Dosch , 46, Minot and formerly of Sawyer was received unto the Lord, Wednesday, October 12, 2011 in a Minot hospital from complications related to a heart attack.

Kedrin was born May 31, 1965 in Minot to Chris and Jan (Gullickson) Helgesen. She was raised and educated in Sawyer and graduated from Sawyer High School in 1984. As a young adult, Kedrin worked at the family business, Jan's Rec Center in Sawyer, ND.

Kedrin married Terry Dosch on June 16, 1990 at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Minot. They made their home in Minot. She was previously employed at the Holiday Inn and Trinity Hospital. Most recently she was employed as a teller at First Western Bank.

Kedrin was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church and especially loved spending valuable time with her four grandsons, cooking (trying new recipes), NASCAR, and vacations in warm places. She was a champion foosball player. Kedrin was especially proud of her trapping days with her dad as a young girl.

She always had a twinkle of merriment in her eye and a wonderful laugh. She will be truly missed by all those who had the opportunity to meet her.

Kedrin's loving family includes her husband of 21 years, Terry; daughter: Heather Ann Dosch Lane of Asheboro, NC; grandsons: Brian, Christopher, Matthew and Lucas all of Asheboro; parents: Chris and Jan Helgesen of Sawyer, sisters: Joan (Mark) Schalesky of Asheboro, NC, Pam (Paul) Jensen of Swanville, MN and Candice Schumaier of Minot; maternal grandmother: Leona Guttormson of Minot and nephews and nieces: Travis Schalesky, Jared Schumaier, Aaron Jensen and Kristine Jensen; two great nieces; aunts and uncles and several cousins.

Kedrin was very passionate in her love for her family and friends and lived her life to the fullest.

Kedrin was preceded in death by her grandparents: Chris and Mabel Helgesen, Gullick Gullickson and a great nephew: Travis Mark Schalesky Jr.

Funeral Service: Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. in Our Savior Lutheran Church, Minot.
Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens Minot, ND.
Visitation: Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
