Joyce (Bruhn) Hobot, 63, Minot, died Thursday, May 3, 2012 in a Minot nursing home.

Joyce was born November 8, 1948 in Minot to Florence and Julius Bruhn. Joyce lived in Texas and moved back to North Dakota when diagnosed with cancer. She wanted to spend time with her family and grandchildren before our Lord took her hand to be with him.

Music and dancing were a big part of her life, when her children were little she would dance with them around the house and sing. Now she dances in heaven pain free, her favorite song was "They Call Me The Breeze". Joyce was loved and will be greatly missed by many, including her beloved cat, Nick Nick.

She is survived by her children Kerry Quam, Kelly Quam, Angela Kraft, Pete Quam, Annette Tschida, and Michelle Klimpel; Sisters JoAnn Ellingson, Bonnie Olson, and Julie Kremke; Brothers David Bruhn, Gordon Bruhn, Steven Bruhn, and Larry Bruhn.

Funeral Service: Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
At the family's request there will be no reviewal, however, family and friends may sign a memorial register book on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. in the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot
