John Michael "Mick" Ellis, 71, Minot and formerly of Seattle WA died on Saturday, March 23, 2013 in a Minot nursing home.
Mick was born on June 18, 1941 in Seattle WA to Joseph Norman and Elsie Marie (Hellund) Ellis. Mick married Marcia Roller on January 4, 1964 in Seattle. He had spent most of his life working as a Civil Service sheet metal worker in the Seattle area. They moved to Minot several years ago to be nearer their son and daughter-in-law and their grandchildren. Marcia died on February 8, 2013.
Mick's loving family includes his sons: Steve (Kathy) Ellis of Duvall WA and Brian "Casey" (Michelle) Ellis of Minot; grandchildren: Bailey and Jacob Ellis and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mick was preceded in death by his parents, wife, brothers: Jack, George, Jim and Norm and a sister: Barbara.
