Jacolyn Baldridge , 83, Minot passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2020 in a Minot hospital with her family at her side.
Jacolyn Ada Stiller "Jackie" Baldridge was born on March 23, 1937 in Waterville, MN to Louis and Emma (Hruska) Stiller. She was raised and educated in Waterville and graduated from Waterville High School in 1955. As a young adult she was employed as an office clerk at Herter's in Waseca, MN.
Jacolyn married Jack Baldridge on August 11, 1956 in Mason City, Iowa. They made their home in Little Rock, Arkansas while Jack was serving in the United States Air Force. The family lived in East Grand Forks, MN for four years before they settled in Minot in 1961. Jacolyn was a fulltime wife, mother and homemaker and Jack was employed at the Minot Air Force Base as a jet engine and automotive professional and as the manager of the autocraft center.
Jacolyn was a longtime member of Little Flower Catholic Church and its Confraternity of Christian Mothers as well as the Minot American Legion Auxiliary. She was proud to have been the Trinity Homes Catholic Mass Coordinator for forty years. Jackie's hobbies and special interests included hunting, needlework, sewing, baking, and cooking.
Jacolyn's loving family includes her husband of 64 years Jack; children: Lon (Lisa) Baldridge of Rapid City SD, Rick (Kristie) Baldridge of St. Michael MN and Dr. Kim (Dr. Jay Siegal) Baldridge of Hawaii; grandchildren: Ashley (DJ) Wessel, Andrew (Heather) Baldridge, and Kaitlyn (Ben) Wolden; great grandchildren: Grayson, Emma, Finley, and Sutton ; sister-in-law Jeanette Stiller of Waseca MN and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jacolyn was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Gary Stiller, Delores Hagel, Jolyne Bodine and Marge Gartamaker.
Mass of Christian Burial: Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. in Little Flower Catholic Church - Minot.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the church.
Graveside Service: Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. in the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery - rural Mandan.
Memorials are preferred to the Little Flower Catholic Church or an organization of the donor's choice.
