Inga Christina Dallman , 95, Lake Metigoshe, and former longtime Minot resident died on Sunday, April 20, 2008 at her home.

Inga was born on October 15, 1912 in Rutland, ND to Carl and Christina (Johnson) Arhlin. She was raised and educated in Rutland and graduated from Rutland High School. Inga married Donald Dallman on September 18, 1937 at Sisseton, SD. They made their home on a farm near Cayuga, ND prior to residing in Bremerton, WA during World War II. They returned to the northern Great Plains where they resided in various communities where Donald was employed by the Great Northern Railroad. The family settled in Minot in 1952 and Inga was employed by the local telephone company, City Bakery and the Ellison's Department Store sewing department. Donald died on April 27, 1997. Inga continued to reside in Minot until 2003 when she moved to Lake Metigoshe to live with her son and daughter in law.

Inga was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church - Minot and especially enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

Survivors include her sons : Don (Ingrid) Dallman of Manassas, VA, Dale (Alina) Dallman of Minot and Lyle (Carolyn) Dallman of Bottineau; grandchildren: Kim Yandle, Debra Passmore, Dallas, Dale Jr. and Jessica Dallman, Darby Safford, William and Anthony Dallman; great grandchildren: Theresa and Steve Yandle, Lisa and Brian Passmore, Connor, Casey and Cooper Safford; Dustin, Grant and Ben Dallman; Kody Kell, Jacob and Juliana Brown and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Inga was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sisters: Blenda Arhlin and Elizabeth Fedjie and brothers: Agner and Freddie Arhlin.

Funeral Service: Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens - Minot.
Visitation : Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home - Minot.
Memorials are preferred to Bethany Lutheran Church - Minot.
