Hope Alycia Quale, infant daughter of Kevin and Haley Quale, Minot was born and died on Monday, June 8, 2015 in a Minot hospital.

Hope was born June 8, 2015 in Minot, North Dakota to loving parents Kevin and Haley (Elvin) Quale. She was just too precious to stay with us here on earth, but will remain forever a part of our family.

Hope's loving family includes her parents, Kevin and Haley Quale, Minot; maternal grandparents, Julia and Marc Elvin, Lake Geneva, WI, paternal grandparents, Judy (Dennis) Beard, Green Bay, WI and David (Laura) Quale, Evansville, WI; maternal great-grandparents, Margaret Wortman, Burlington, WI and Ken and Lois Elvin, Jefferson, TX, paternal great-grandparents, John and Joan Fisher, Ft. Atkinson, WI and Myrtle and Vince Licari, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Hope was preceded in death by her great-grandfather, Richard Wortman.

Family and friends are invited to sign a memorial register book on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
