George L. Saucedo, 47, Minot, ND died Sunday, September 25, 2016 in Trinity Hospital.

George was born September 12, 1969 in Cold Water, Ohio. He was raised and attended school in Crystal City, TX, where he later met and married Sonia Rivera. After the birth of their first son Anthony they moved to the Fargo-Moorhead area. He attended Moorhead Technical College, where he became a skilled diesel mechanic. They went on to have two more children, Aaron and Analissa. They raised their children in their North Fargo home for 20 years. For family reasons they decided to move back home to Crystal City. George followed a job opportunity to Minot ND, where he chose to live. George had great love for his family, friends, music and of course grilling. His cooking skills were well known by all. He had recently been accepted to go on a TV cooking show, Master Chefs.

George is survived by his wife Sonia (Crystal City, TX), sons Anthony (Fargo, ND) Aaron (Crystal City, TX) and daughter Ana (Crystal City TX) His mother Guadalupe (Crystal City, TX) sisters Alicia (Crystal City, TX), Angie (Uvalde) and brother Ezequiel.

George was preceded in death by his father, Juan and his brothers Cesar Saucedo and Alvaro Saucedo.

Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Saturday October 1st at the Northsider bar/All Star bowling alley in Moorhead at 3pm.
