Frances Willa Jeffery, 90, Minot, died Thursday, August 8, 2013 in a Minot Nursing Home.

Frances was born November 18, 1922 at Hannah, North Dakota the daughter of William and Fanny (Waind) Jeffery. She was raised and educated at Hannah and graduated high school there. She attended Minot State Teachers College and received her standard teacher's certificate. She taught at Dresden, ND, before entering Minot Business College.

She was employed at Terhorst Manufacturing in Minot for more than 30 years. She retired in the late 1970's. She was a member of the local Business and Professional Women's group and the Souris Valley Animal Shelter.

Her loving family includes, nieces and nephews, Virginia Kirkwold, Michael Liming, Jeffery Blake, Leslie Sierad, Stephen Blake, and Roger Blake, along with a great niece, Stephanie Partyka. The family wants to extend a special thank you to her special friends, Susan Axness, Heidi Clark and Debbie Olson.

Visitation: There will be a booksigning and time of gathering at the Thomas family Funeral Home, Minot on Monday, August 19th from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
