Obituary

Erin Cristin (Logan) Landwer, 29, Minot, formerly of Creal Springs, Illinois, died Tuesday, January 12, 2010 in a Minot, ND hospital.

Erin was born October 1, 1980 in Herrin, IL, the daughter of Richard D. and Elinor (Beke) Logan. She was raised at the Lake of Egypt in Southern Illinois and attended schools in Marion, Illinois, graduating from high school there in 1998. She attended college at SIU, Southern Illinois University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and a Master's degree in British Literature.

She was united in marriage to USAF Captain Andy Landwer. They moved to Minot in 2006, where he has served at the Minot Air Force Base. While living in Minot, she was actively involved with the Minot Chamber Chorale, volunteered with the Minot Soccer Association as a coach, served as a room mother at Bel Air Elementary and Little Flower Catholic Schools. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter and friend to many.

Her loving family includes: husband, Andy, children, Gavin and Ian Landwer, at home, brother, Drew Logan, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, parents, Richard & Elinor of Creal Springs, IL.

Vigil Prayer Service : Friday, January 15, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. in Little Flower Catholic Church, Minot.
Interment:
Marion City Cemetery, Marion, IL.
Visitation:
At the family's request, there will be no reviewal, however friends may sign a memorial register book on Friday from Noon-5:00pm in Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family prefers memorials to Crohn's Research or the local Head Start Program.
