Obituary
Ellen Eddington-Parker , 66, Minot, formerly of Frankfurt, Germany, died July 18, 2025, in a Minot nursing care facility.
Ellen is survived by her husband Roger Parker, sister Kim Pezalla and her son Austin Eddington, and daughter-in-law Courtney Eddington.
A small informal service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on August 3, 2025, at First Baptist Church, Minot.
