Easton Braaten, two year old son of Scott and Brittany Braaten of Ryder, ND, died Sunday, April 12, 2015 in a Minneapolis Children's Hospital.

Easton was born on May 3, 2012, in Minneapolis, MN to Scott and Brittany (Wright) Braaten.

He was a tough little superhero to our family. We will forever remember his laugh, smile and his ability to say 'No'. Easton loved Batman and was always brave through all of his struggles with his health.

We will love and miss you forever.

Easton is survived by his parents, Scott and Brittany Braaten, Ryder, ND; sisters, Alexis Braaten, Minot and Savannah Braaten, Ryder, ND; maternal grandparents, Roxanne and Brian Smith, Makoti, ND; paternal grandparents, David and Elaine Braaten, Minot; maternal great-grandparents, Patricia Ouellette, Ryder, ND and Jerry Petersen, Ryder, ND; paternal great-grandparents, Mary Streifel and Maralyn Braaten, both of Minot; aunts, Latoya Wright, Maine and Melissa Braaten, Minot; uncles, Stephen Wright, Maine, Robert Oullette, Ryder, ND and Travis (Shannon) Braaten, Minot along with many cousins.

Easton was preceded in death by his great-grandfathers, Raymond Streifel, Floyd Braaten and Larry Franklin.

Celebration of Easton's Life: 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 18, 2015 at the West Minot Church of God.

Interment: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot

There will be no reviewal, however family and friends are invited to sign a memorial register book on Friday, April 17, 2015, from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
