Donna Richard, 54, Minot, died Wednesday, December 7, 2016 in a Minot hospital.

Donna Sue Richard was born March 20, 1962, in Nashua, NH to Earl and Phyllis (Cobb) Maxfield. She was raised and educated in Nashua, graduating from Nashua High School in 1980.

Donna was united in marriage to David K. Richard on July 10, 1983 in Nashua, NH. Due to David's job as a firefighter in the USAF, they lived various places, including, New Hampshire, Louisiana, England, and Crete, Greece before making Minot their permanent home in 1995.

Donna was a member at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Minot, where she was involved in the choir, bible study groups and cook offs throughout the years. She especially enjoyed caring for her family.

Due to Parkinson's, Donna became a resident of Trinity Nursing Home in March 2012.

Donna's loving family includes her husband, David Richard, Minot; children, Keith (Jessie) Richard, Minneapolis, MN and Alex (Rose) Richard, Minot; brothers, Richard Young, Tom, Bill and Jim Maxfield; sisters, Cheryl Powers and Ruth Ayer along with many cousins.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Arthur and sister Barbara.

Funeral Service: Monday, December 12, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. in Trinity Homes Chapel, Minot.
Booksigning will be held one hour prior to the start of the service at the chapel.
