Delores Pope, 88, Minot passed away peacefully on July 10, 2021 at Trinity Hospital in Minot, ND.

Delores was born on February 20, 1933 in Sawyer, ND to Emmanuel and Kathrine (Heizelman) Beck.  She was raised in Minot and attended Minot High School.  As a young adult she was employed at JC Penny.

Delores married Leonard Pope on June 6, 1958.  They made their home in Minot.  Leonard died on October 20, 2010.  Most recently, Delores had resided at Edgewood Vista where she participated in many activities.  She was a prolific reader, enjoyed flowers and many different crafts and devotedly partook in Christian Women's Group and XYZ.  She faithfully attended First Baptist Church – Minot.

Delores will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends including her son: Mark (Delrae) Pope; grandchildren:  Matthew, Amanda and Austin; siblings:  Alvin (Claire) Beck and JoAnn (Bill) Ramey and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
