Delmer Derheim, 77, Minot died on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 in a Minot healthcare center.

Delmer was born on April 20, 1937 in McClusky, ND to Edward and Ruth (Bonnett) Derheim. He was reared and educated in McClusky, Wilton and Garrison. As a young adult he was employed as a housing contractor at the Minot Air Force Base. Delmer enlisted in the U.S. Army on October 11, 1955 and served until he received his honorable discharge on September 19, 1957.

Following his discharge, Delmer returned to Minot where he was employed by Huwe House Movers. Delmer married Deborah Collins on July 7, 1978 in Minot. They made their home in Minot. He retired on October 27, 2006.

Delmer was a member of First Assembly of God - Minot. In his free time he especially enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, playing cards, telling jokes, playing pranks and spending time with family.

Delmer's loving family includes his wife of 36 years Debbie; daughters: Jonay (Paul) Sullivan and Brenda (Brady) Tudahl all of Minot; grandchildren: Christopher Gray and Brandon (Ashley) Gray, Patrick (Amanda) Sullivan and Joseph Sullivan, Ashley Tudahl (Scott Malcomb) and Hayden (Delain) Tudahl; great grandchildren: Kaleb and Arianna Gray, Brooklyn Tudahl, Conner Sullivan and Alex and Jace Malcomb; sisters: Betty (Ken) Huwe, Janice (Fred) Faul, Diane LeClair and Della (Ed) Neshem all of Minot; brothers: Melford Derheim of Tacoma, WA and Pastor Robert (Diane) Derheim of Escanaba, MI and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Delmer was preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-law: Curtis LeClair, Sister-in-law: Kathy Derheim, niece: Lona Huwe and grandnephew: Marcus Cox.

Celebration of the Life of Delmer Derheim: Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. in First Assembly of God - Minot.

Interment will be in Rosehill Memorial Park - Minot.

Visitation: Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in First Assembly of God - Minot.
