David Chester Melvin Nickle Jr. was born on January 7, 1969 in Minot to David and Karen (Klimpel) Nickle. In the Spring of 1991 he began employment with Bechtold Paving and had continued with them as an operator of their Lowboy Truck hauling heavy equipment. That being said, farming and ranching was his first love and passion and he especially enjoyed working with his brothers and nephew on the family farm.
David was an all district basketball player in high school and especially enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, gun collecting and snowmobiling in his younger years, but his number one joy was hanging out with his family at the farm.
David's loving family includes his brothers: Darwin (Brandi) Nickle of Norwich and Dominic (Fran) Nickle of Deering; nieces and nephews: Devin (Ashleigh), Shea and Kayden and several aunts, uncles and cousins as well as his furry friend: Foxy.
David was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents as well as several aunts and uncles.
