Constance Leone Hoffman, 71, Minot, formerly of Kief, died Friday, November 20, 2015 in a Minot Hospital.

Constance was born December 28, 1943 near Kief, North Dakota the daughter of Edward and Blondina Bokovoy. She was raised and educated near Kief and united in marriage to Vincent Delano Hoffman. From this union, four sons were born.

After the death of Vincent in 1977, Constance moved the family to Dickinson. She attended Dickinson State College, where she received a degree as a licensed practical nurse. The family moved to Minot, where she worked at St Joseph's Hospital for a number of years as an LPN until retiring due to a disability.

Connie loved watching birds, gardening and making salsa. Her pride and joy was her cat, Suzie. She enjoyed a game of scrabble, watching the History Channel and the Antique Road Show.

Connie is survived by her sons, Anthony "Tony" Hoffman, Colorado; Delane Hoffman, Minot, Colyn Hoffman, Minot and Forrest Hoffman, Minot; 3 grandchildren, Amber, Amanda and Derek; brother, Lamont "Monty" Bokovoy, International Falls, MN; Cat, Suzy.

Constance was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Vincent and a sister, Sherri Belofi.

Service: A graveside service will take place in the Spring of 2016 at Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.
