Clinton (Clint) Raymond Rux - Age 29 died in an automobile accident on Saturday, March 12 near Max, North Dakota.

Clint was born in Laramie, Wyoming to Russell and Jean Rux. Clint was a 2005 graduate of Campbell County High School in Gillette, Wyoming and entered the workforce shortly after graduation pursuing a career in welding. Clint's primary work was related to the energy industry. He was employed by Estvold Oilfield Services as a Welding and Fabrication Supervisor at the time of his death.

Clint married Kathlean (KD) Wendt. KD and Clint had two beautiful children, Thia and Harlyn. They were later divorced. Clint was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed fishing and hunting and any other excuse that would allow him to be outside. Clint took great pride in his work and relished a job well done. His love of the outdoors and his work were only surpassed by his devotion to his two young children, Thia and Harlyn and fiance, Marina Carillo.

Clint is survived by his children, Thia and Harlyn Rux; mother, Jean Rux, siblings, Ben (Alicia) Rux, Maggie Rux and Abby Miller; fiance, Marina Carillo Prieto, and her children, Johnathan T. Gonzalez Carillo, Anneka I. Matthews Carillo, Bryce M. Matthews Carillo, and several uncles, aunts and cousins.

Clint was preceded in death by his father, Russell and his grandparents Raymond and Helen Dixon, Ralph Rux and Connie Powell.

A memorial service will be held in Minot, North Dakota at the Holiday Inn Riverside in the Mediterranean Room at 5:00 pm on Friday, March 18. A celebration of life will be held in Gillette, Wyoming in mid June, date and location to be announced. Local arrangements entrusted by Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
