IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Charles
Andrade
January 5, 1951 – October 6, 2023
Charles Andrade was born January 5, 1951 in Duarte CA to Jesse & Emma (Cavillo) Andrade, the parents of 11 Children: 6 boys and 5 girls. Charles was the second youngest of the brothers. Their family resided in Baldwin Park and had a home on Walnut Street. His father, Jesse was an auto body mechanic and worked in the auto industry by day. Their father turned the Garage into a small shop to earn an extra living and would take side jobs, along with teaching his boys and sons-in-law the trade.
During the time around 1973, Charles met and married the love of his life Diana Sandoval. Together they had five handsome boys: Charles (Charlie), Johnny, Joseph, Angel and Frankie Andrade. He and his family would reside in California for many years. When his wife passed, they left the big city in California and moved to North Dakota.
During the early 2000's, Charles lived in Minot, ND and worked at McDonald's on Broadway from 2009 to 2020. For health reasons he had to retire. Unable to work and needing assistance, he moved to Kalix until his passing on October 5, 2023.
He was a loving brother, father and uncle. He loved and cherished all his family! He had several hobbies, but what he enjoyed the most was the drive-in movies in California, listening to oldies, collecting nicknacks of all sorts and his favorite was having a garden, so that he could grow all the ingredients to make his excellent salsa. He loved spending time with his family, especially his brothers, sisters and his many nephews and nieces.
He is survived by all his 5 boys: Charlie, Johnney, Joseph, Angel and Frankie, seven grandchildren, brothers: Mike Clyde (PIOE) ND, Alfred (Rosemary) Andrade, MN, sisters: Alice (Andrade) Everett, ND, Darlene Andrade, CA, Patricia (Andrade) and Steve Everett, ND, Gloria (Andrade) and Donald Carbajal, ND along with numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Jesse and Emma Andrade, wife: Diane, brothers: Richard, Rudy, and Jesse (Punky) Andrade and baby sister: Gloria Andrade.
