Catherine Ann Faydo, 70, Minot died on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 in her home after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Catherine was born on July 27, 1946 in Minot to Anthony and Verna (Henjum) Charlebois. She was reared and educated in Minot and graduated from Bishop Ryan High School in 1964. As a young adult she was employed in the Dietary Department of Trinity Hospital.

Catherine married Duane Faydo on April 1, 1971 at St. Leo's Catholic Church in Minot. They made their home in Minot where she continued as an employee of Trinity Hospital. Shortly after the birth of her first child she became a fulltime wife, mother and homemaker. After her children were grown she was employed in the Housekeeping Department of the Sheraton-Riverside Hotel and as a chauffeur for her grandchildren.

Catherine was a member of St. Leo's Catholic Church, a dog lover and especially enjoyed supporting her grandchildren in their activities.

Catherine's loving family includes her husband of 45 years Duane; children: Tina (Brian) Rodgers, Steven (Jessica) Faydo and Jan (Nicole) Faydo all of Minot; grandchildren: Ashleigh and Morgan Rodgers, Allaura, Allexander and Alleena Faydo; siblings: Judy Charlebois of Thief River Falls MN, Joan Charlebois of Denver CO, Christie Charlebois of Thief River Falls MN, Marc Charlebois and Marty (Pam) Charlebois of Sheridan WY, Michele Gieser of Minot and several cousins , nieces and nephews.

Catherine was preceded in death by her parents and brother John Charlebois.

Mass of Christian Burial: Monday, November 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Leo's Catholic Church - Minot.
Interment: Sunset Memorial Gardens - Minot.
Visitation: Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home - Minot.
Memorials are preferred to Trinity Cancer Care or Bishop Ryan High School.
