Carol L. Granheim , 78, a lifelong resident of Minot, ND, died early Tuesday morning, August 14, 2018 at the Trinity Nursing Home.

Carol was born to Arthur and Myrtle Granheim on May 19, 1940. She was raised and educated in Minot, graduating in 1958 at MHS. She attended college at Minot State for a time.

At an early age she was responsible for the care of her mother, Myrtle, in the family home. Carol began a long career at the Trinity Hospital in the dietary department and she enjoyed that vocation of caring for others.

She is survived by her brother, James S. Granheim, of Bakersfield, California, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Carol was preceded in death by her Parents, two sisters; Audrey and Glenda.

Carol had many friends, and held them all very dear. Her Cousin Connie Berg (Hanson) stood by her side through all of her difficult times.

Connie truly is an Angel on Earth. Carol\'s suffering is now over. She is at home with her Mom, Dad and Sisters.
