Beverly June Elm, 85, Minot died on Monday, November 28, 2016 in a Minot Hospital.

Beverly was born on June 28th, 1931 in Minot to Max and Lena (Poradun) Strilcove. She was reared in Max and Minot. She graduated from Minot High school in 1949.

Beverly married Laurence Elm on June 17, 1950 in Minot. They made their home in Minot where they owned and operated Minot Heating and Sheet Metal and she was a fulltime wife, mother and homemaker in addition to assisting her husband in the office of the business. They sold the business and retired in 1986 and moved to Gulfport, Mississippi in 1992. Laurence died on December 3, 1999. Beverly continued to reside in Gulfport until 2005 when she returned to Minot.

Beverly and Laurence were charter members of St. John the Apostle Catholic Church and both supported Catholic education with all 10 of their children graduating from Bishop Ryan High school.

Beverly's loving family includes her children: Patricia Davies of Puyallup WA, Terence Elm of Auburn WA, Richard Elm of Minot, Kathleen (Mel) Ott of Long Beach MS, Sharon Elm of Lake Stevens WA, Barbara (Kevin) Campbell of Gulfport MS, Carleen Alston (late husband Kenny Alston) of Gulfport MS, Michelle (Keith) Hoffman of Bismarck, Michael (Deena) Elm of Minot and Ronald Elm of Minot; twenty-one grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; sister:Marlys Bliesner of Spokane WA.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son-in-law.

Mass of Christian Burial: Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 10 a.m. in St. John the Apostle Catholic Church-Minot.
Vigil Prayer Service: Friday at 4 p.m. in St. John the Apostle Catholic Church.
Interment: Rosehill Memorial Park-Minot.
Visitation: Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. in St. John the Apostle Catholic Church.
Memorials are preferred to Bishop Ryan High School.
