Berthil "Bert" Rydberg, 79, Mohall, died Saturday, May 18, 2013 in a Minot Nursing Home.

Bert was born September 12, 1933 at Selz, North Dakota the son of Berthil and Evelyn (Zimmerman) Rydberg. He honorably served his country with the Navy and Army during the Korean Conflict.

Bert is survived by his four daughters and a son; fifteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, along with three sisters and a brother.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and two brothers.

Interment Service: Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the ND Veterans Cemetery, rural Mandan.

Visitation : Friends may sign the memorial register book on Wednesday from 4:00-7:00 p.m. in the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.

Memorials are preferred to the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery in Mandan.
