Austin Wallace, 17, of Minot, passed away Thursday, August 16, 2012 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

Austin, along with his twin sister Kelsie, was born, on January 21, 1995 to Doral and Christine (Figlioli) Wallace. He was educated in the Minot school system, and was getting ready to enter into his senior year at Minot High School.

Austin loved to skateboard, and would spend countless hours with his friends at the skate park. He was also an accomplished photographer and artist, he was best known for his sketchbook drawings of roses. Austin also loved to go fishing, and hunting and could spend hours listening to music.

Left to mourn Austin's passing are his father, Doral and his girlfriend Shelly; mother Christine and her husband Rick Fahrenbacher; sisters Kelsie and Kacey; grandparents Clifford and Glenda Wallace, Dan and Charlotte Pausig; Donna and Randy Mering; great-grandmother: Gertrude Moe; many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends. Austin will be greatly missed by all whose lives had been touched by him.

Austin was preceded in death by his grandfathers: David Figlioli and Don Moe; great-grandparents Clifford and Bernice Wallace; and uncle Preston Spellman.

Funeral Service: Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. in First Lutheran Church, Minot.
Interment: Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Surrey.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the start of the service at First Lutheran Church.
